What the service is

lashou uses ten words and an AI portrait to help you meet people on your wavelength. The portrait is a conversation starter, not a psychological assessment, and it guarantees neither match quality nor outcomes.

Your account

One account per email. Use an address you can actually receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. If something looks wrong, reset your password immediately.

What you must not do

Impersonate anyone or use someone else's identity; harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate; post sexual, violent or illegal content; advertise, recruit or spam; scrape users or data with scripts; attempt to bypass rate limits or permission checks.

If someone makes you uncomfortable, use Report or Block. Blocking removes them from your discovery list and stops their messages.

What we may do

We review reports by hand and may restrict features, hide a profile, or end access for accounts that break these rules.

We may change, pause or retire features to keep the service healthy; significant changes are announced on the site first.

Content and responsibility

Your ten words and messages are yours to stand behind. We provide the tools and the introduction; we are not part of your private conversations.

For a first meeting, choose a public place and look after your own safety. We cannot verify anyone's real identity.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. If network or third-party services (AI, email, CDN) fail, we fix it as fast as we can but are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law where the operator is established; disputes go to negotiation first.
